Challenge: High biofilm growth on coils, which contributed to poor air quality as well as high energy costs due to static pressure and higher fan amp draws.
Solution: Lumalier recommends a URV-11 rating, which eliminates up to 80% of all airborne pathogens, significantly reduces surface pathogen levels, keeps coils clean, reduces energy requirements, and improves effectiveness and life-span of HVAC systems.
